Scattered Application of Adhesive / Dripping Nozzle

Just imagine: standing in your production line at the glue station and wondering why the applied adhesive has now irregular patterns?

Most common reasons are worn or clogged nozzles or filters. Bulk tank systems with piston pumps generally need an air pressure of about three bar for an exact and regular adhesive application. If a higher air pressure is necessary nozzles and filter should be checked first. Therefore the melting tank has to be discharged to inspect the filter at the tank’s bottom.

If that does not help, other actions are possible: First of all, exchange nozzles and filters. We offer a wide range of spare parts for our own adhesive melters and compatible parts for Nordson, Robatech and ITW Dynatec.

Sometimes even exchanging nozzles and filters is not sufficient. In this case the entire bulk tank system has to be cleaned. We offer this service for our own systems at a fixed net price of 165 € plus possibly needed spare parts.

Tank-cleaning including exchanging the most important wear parts will be done in our professional workshop in Bremen, Germany. On request we will repair and clean adhesive melters by other manufacturers, too.
