The Hot Clue: HB 720 K – Thanks to hammer, no total failure
If more adhesive has leaked in the tank and reacted there, the cartridge is stuck more firmly in the tank.
You need
- an allen key 3.0,
- a small hammer and
- a small screwdriver
- plus a replacement nozzle.
1. Unscrew the nozzle.
2. Carefully remove the O-Ring LDN0123 with a screwdriver

3. Pull the plastic cap (bead application cap H219003) off the nozzle assembly.
4. Then loosen the two screws KDN0728 on the nozzle assembly. This can then be pulled out in one piece.

5. The neck of the cartridge is now visible. Strike the opening of the cartridge lightly with a hammer, thus loosening the cartridge to be removed from the tank.

6 The cartridge can now be removed with the cartridge pliers.
7. Reassemble the device in reverse order. Do not use the old nozzle again, but insert a new nozzle.
