HB 4000 connect – The modern melting devices based on the modular principle

The HB 4000 connect melters can be precisely tailored to the individual requirements of a wide variety of production areas. The 7” home screen has a clear menu structure that enables intuitive operation. The solution based on the modular principle impresses with its efficiency and cost-effectiveness. The components used are from well-known manufacturers. Proven industrial electronics from Lenze, Siemens, Festo and Weidmüller are installed in this series.

Melters with standard pressure sensor

Repeatable work processes require a consistent supply of adhesive. The new HB 4000 Connect series already has the necessary pressure sensor installed as standard.

Always under control: dosing meter

All our melters can be controlled, thanks to the built-in dosing meter function (g/m - g/sec - g/m²).

Pressure and speed display

Electronic pressure control and speed display can be controlled and read via the touchscreen.

Fully equipped, including weekly timer

Basic equipment includes weekly timer, operating hours counter, recipe menu, user administration and password.
