Hot Tip – Less is more! - Fill with care!

In order that you can enjoy your applicator as long as possible, our Service Team colleague Torsten Grützner simply recommends filling the tank of the HB 710 Spray with only ¾ of the maximum possible adhesive. Overfilling of the tank is often the reason that liquid hot-melt adhesive escapes around the lid. When hot, the hot-melt adhesive expands. If the tank is too full, adhesive flows back into the lid and sticks to it.

This undesirable effect can be avoided by ¾-filling the tank. The free space in the tank allows the adhesive to develop. By careful filling you also prevent downtime of the equipment during production. Save money on repairs and customer service with this “hot tip”!
