The granulate feeder eliminates the need to manually fill hot-melt adhesive – a clear benefit for your process reliability. The system continuously monitors the fill level in the melting tank and ensures that it is automatically filled with fresh granule as required. This prevents unplanned production interruptions and reduces temperature fluctuations, which minimises the formation of cracking in the device.  

Thanks to the closed system, the adhesive remains free of contamination, while the integrated alarm system alerts you to problems such as an empty reservoir or filling problems. An additional filter prevents the release of dust particles.

The granulate supply is stored in a container and connected to the melting device via a suction spout. The vibration system of the suction plate prevents the adhesive granulate from compacting, thus ensuring even conveyance. The easy refilling of the container through the generous hinged lid ensures additional ease of use.
