Both polyolefin-based hot melt adhesives are solvent-free and have a comparatively short curing time, making for efficient production with rapid further processing. Our B 1596 even has the eco-passport, which allows it to be used in textile manufacturing in accordance with the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. What is special about both hot melt adhesive types is that, in their cured state, they are both soft to the touch and are not experienced as a source of irritation within the mattress.

Hot melt adhesives A 1947 und A 2380 are used in manufacturing innerspring pockets. Both EVA based adhesives are especially low-odour, and are available in both granulate and pillow form. Moreover, the A 2380 is characterised by its short curing time.

For the end consumer, this means safe dreaming on your mattresses.
