Application Areas
Description
The B400 module has short control air paths. This results in rapid opening and very precise closing movement of the piston with the nozzle needle for a clean adhesive application. It is a standard module for dot and bead application.
The modules can be installed in any position. The distance from the application surface depends on the desired application pattern.
The module is delivered with O-rings and two inch-screws. The air and adhesive channels to the applicator body are sealed with the O-rings. The screws are used to attach the module to the head body.
The module is a flange valve. The flange connection diagram is available on request.
