Intermittent hot melt application

Intermittent: temporarily interrupted and recurring, continuing with interruptions

The hot melt adhesive is applied with interruptions and not continuously. The application takes place via application heads.
In order to apply hot melt adhesive intermittently, the guns require activation and deactivation signals for their actuation. The signal often comes from higher-level controllers, such as in a packaging machine.  

A precise cut-off and exact application of the adhesive is most important. Intermittent application is possible with all types of application (bead, spray and surface).
